If your product ships after you requested a cancellation, then please follow our normal return policy. Please keep in mind that refusing a shipment is not considered a return and any refund could be delayed or denied if the product is lost.
To start the process for a return, simply complete our short return request form. One of our customer service representatives will process your request and an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number will be issued. We will also provide you with return shipping instructions. The merchandise should be packed and returned in its original carton, including all packaging materials and accessories. Once you are provided an RGA number and return shipping instructions, please ship the package via a trackable method, insured, and send us the tracking information so we can verify receipt and issue credit promptly.
